Mogao Caves: Websites and Media

IDP is a collaboration of libraries and museums to make available online the images and information of manuscripts, paintings, textiles and artefacts from Dunhuang and the Eastern Silk Road.

Dunhuang manuscripts from the Pelliot collection are discoverable via Gallica. Enter a keyword such as "Pelliot Tibetain 37" into the search window.

The Getty has completed a number of preservation projects at Dunhuang, including Wall Paintings Conservation at Mogao Grottoes and Site Conservation at the Mogao and Yungang Grottoes.
