This site is an interface to a crystal structure database that includes every structure published in the American Mineralogist, The Canadian Mineralogist, European Journal of Mineralogy and Physics and Chemistry of Minerals, as well as selected datasets from other journals.
The Bilbao Crystallographic Server offers its crystallographic and solid state programs and utilities free of charge. Programs are grouped into the following shells: Space Groups Retrieval Tools, Magnetic Space Groups, Group – Subgroup Relations of Space Groups, Represntation Theory Applications, Solid State Theory Applications, Structure Utilities, Subperiodic Groups: Layer, Rod and Frieze Groups Retrieval Tools, IR Raman and Hyper-Raman Scattering Tools, and The Bilbao Incommensurate Crystal Structure Database (B-IncStrDB).
The NDB contains information about experimentally-determined nucleic acids and complex assemblies. Use the NDB to perform searches based on annotations relating to sequence, structure and function, and to download, analyze, and learn about nucleic acids.
This resource is powered by the Protein Data Bank archive-information about the 3D shapes of proteins, nucleic acids, and complex assemblies that helps students and researchers understand all aspects of biomedicine and agriculture, from protein synthesis to health and disease.
An informational database containing crystallographic details as well as uses for common molecules, as deemed common by the Reciprocal Net project based on general use and prevalence in the world around us.
