DMC Resources for Podcasting
Equipment Available:
- Zoom H4N
- For recording audio without being connected to anything
- Very portable, can be battery operated (DMC does not provide AA batteries)
- Rode and Blue Yeti USB Mics
- USB microphones that easily interface with any computer
- Can be used to record directly into an Audacity or Garageband project
- Rode Videomic Me, Me-L, and Smartlav+ Mics
- Microphones compatible with smartphones and tablets
- Can be used to record podcasts using voice memos on your phone or tablet
- We provide the necessary dongle for the smartlav+ mics to use with an iPhone
- DMC Audio Studio
- We have an audio studio that is set up to record up to 4 concurrent microphone inputs
- Allows you to record directly into Garageband or Audacity
- Can be reserved via the Self-Reservation System in Primo
