Film directed by Billy Wilder for the U.S. War Department in 1945, entitled “Death Mills” is the first documentary to show what the Allies found when they liberated the Nazi extermination camps: the survivors, the conditions, and the evidence of mass murder.

SS Lieutenant-Colonel Adolf Eichmann was head of the Reich Security Head Office Section IV B4, the department which administered the annihilation of European Jewry. He was tried in Jerusalem, charged with crimes against the Jewish people, crimes against humanity, war crimes and membership in a criminal organization. Eichmann was found guilty and executed on May 31, 1962. This film is a resource and testament for commemorating the millions who died. Describes the time period of Adolf Eichmann from his being brought to Israel till his execution. Also an insight is given into the mind of the mass murderer.

Documentary film that follows friends Jan Wiener and Arnošt Lustig on a trip to Europe in 1998. Holocaust survivors, Wiener and Lustig met in the United States, where both had fled from communist Czechoslovakia. The trip recreates the journey made by Wiener as he escaped from Nazi occupied Prague, through Slovenia and Italy, on his way to joining the British Royal Air Force before his return to Prague after World War II.
