Public notes can be added to individual citations to communicate with students. To create a note for a resource, click on the citation , scroll down to the public note section , and click . The note will be visible to all students in the citation section of the resource.
Tags
Tags can be used to allocate readings as mandatory or optional. Click on and select the appropriate tag for the resource. Tags with the mortarboard icon are visible to students.
Analytics
Leganto has an analytics option that allows you to see how your students interact with their course materials.
Click on this button to access the analytics from your list- it is updated daily.
You can see how many students engaged with the material and if they downloaded it, liked it and marked it as read.
Student View
Leganto allows you to view your reading list as it would appear to your students. This is called and can be accessed by clicking on the three dots to the right of the heading.
Like feature
Students can also ‘like’ a citation by using the button in the right-hand panel. You can see the number of likes and views on the lower right-hand side of the citation.

Views: the total number of views for each citation is displayed next to an eye icon
