Published by the Office of the Federal Register, National Archives and Records Administration (NARA), the Federal Register is the official daily publication for rules, proposed rules, and notices of Federal agencies and organizations, as well as executive orders and other presidential documents. The years 1990 to the present are available from the Government Printing Office's govinfo.gov linked above. Issues from 1936-1993 are available online through an agreement between Hein Online and the Library of Congress. Print issues are not currently received.
